  • Defective Products: We only accept returns for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Products that are not defective or damaged are not eligible for return. We do not accept returns for products due to change of mind or incorrect purchases.

2. Return Process

  • Contact Us: If you need to return a defective product, please contact our customer service team at mohammed@batterypitstop.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the defect, and any supporting images.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Packaging: Ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid further damage during return shipping. Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Process: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs for returning the item are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items that are returned more than 7 days after delivery or are not in their original condition.

4. Exchanges
